Breathing Techniques Laboratory
An experiment by NEOBALANCE club: Breathing Techniques Laboratory.
We take 3 people to test a new format.
We address three issues: 1. Excess weight 2. High blood pressure 3. Background anxiety and stress.
No empathy, psychotherapy, or talks about emotions.
Only physiology and mechanics. Your system is checked, I provide a protocol on how to reboot it and regain control and functionality.
Participation format - free.
You pay only if you drop out and lose engagement.
System rules:
Missed practice requires a report - a 5 euro fine or exit from the group.
If you follow the protocol fully — you pay nothing and get results (lower numbers on scales and blood pressure monitor, clear mind).
Protocol for 4 weeks:
• Gymnastics and breathing exercises every morning (25 min)
• Evening practice 4 times a week (25 min)
• Walking (from 1 to 10 km)
• Theory ("Atomic Habits," "The Eye of Renewal," and other books)
