One Hundred Days of Spirit
"One Hundred Days of Spirit" is a program of joint practice over one hundred days in a shared field.
Hypothesis: developing a culture of daily practice and discipline can be one of the best factors for sustainable improvements in life — especially over a lifetime horizon. Few do this on their own; the program is designed to help do it in a group — providing quality integral support for inner work: body and energy, psychology, spirit.
You can try the format for free: every morning at 8:00 AM (Georgia time) there is an open practice for everyone — meditation, breathing, Daoist practices. The link to the broadcasts is on my Telegram channel: https://t.me/+bkDFT7vv0-44ZGEy
I lead the program, Igor Felitsin: over twenty years in inner work, graduate of Moscow State University Faculty of Philosophy, Saint Petersburg State University Faculty of Psychology, and an integral-informational facilitator.
