Your agreement
These terms govern Pochill, its website and mobile application. The operator identified below provides the service. Accounts are for people aged 18 or older. Accept these terms only if you understand them. The Community Rules form part of this agreement; the Organizer Terms apply when you organize an event and the Paid Services Terms apply when you buy a paid feature. These documents are linked on this page. The Privacy Policy explains processing; acknowledging it is not consent to every processing operation.
What Pochill provides
Pochill helps people discover events, ideas and company for non-romantic social activities. For third-party events, Pochill supplies discovery and communication tools, not the event itself. The event organizer and ticket seller must be identified in the relevant listing or purchase flow. Where the operator expressly organizes an event or sells a service itself, its corresponding legal duties remain.
Third parties and event information
Organizers are responsible for their own events, permissions, venues, conduct, cancellations and ticket refunds. Check the source and organizer before travelling, paying or participating. Imported listings, automated summaries, translations and recommendations may contain errors or become outdated. They are not guarantees of availability, admission, price, accessibility, suitability or safety. A source link is not an endorsement. We remain responsible for our own legally actionable statements and conduct.
Meeting safely
Choose whether and with whom to meet, use public places, tell someone your plans, and follow venue rules and local law. Participation involves ordinary risks of travel and interaction with other people. We do not guarantee identity, background, honesty, compatibility or conduct unless a specific verification is expressly described. A report or profile badge is not a safety guarantee. In an emergency contact local emergency services; Pochill is not an emergency service. These notices do not waive liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Your account and conduct
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and report misuse. Do not impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, discriminate unlawfully, publish illegal content, disclose another person’s private information without authority, scrape personal data or circumvent security. Do not create or promote illegal or unsafe events. You are responsible for your own unlawful conduct and commitments to others.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You grant the operator a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting and translation, and distribute that content only as necessary to operate and present the service. Public content can appear on the public website and in search engines. This licence is not a transfer of ownership or permission for unrelated advertising use of your likeness. After deletion, necessary legal retention and copies independently held by recipients or search engines may remain; our own continued use must have a lawful basis.
Moderation and complaints
Report harmful content or a rights infringement through support or the legal email below, identifying the content and reason. We may restrict content or accounts for breaches, credible safety threats, legal requirements or security incidents. Measures should be proportionate; we will give reasons and an opportunity to challenge where lawful and practicable. Immediate protective action may precede notice. We do not promise prior review of every post or continuous monitoring.
Availability and changes
We use reasonable care to provide the service but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free third-party information, attendance, friendships or a particular social outcome. Maintenance and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access. We may make changes for security, legal compliance and service improvement, with reasonable notice of material changes and any cancellation or refund rights required by law. Paid service commitments are not removed by this paragraph.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for independent acts of users, organizers or ticket sellers for which we are not legally responsible. For claims for which contractual limitation is lawful, our aggregate liability arising from the same or related events is limited to the greater of GEL 100 and the amount you paid the operator for the affected Pochill service during the preceding 12 months. To the extent lawful, this excludes indirect business losses and lost business profits. It does not exclude foreseeable consumer losses where exclusion would be unlawful or unfair.
Mandatory exceptions
No exclusion or cap applies to intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury attributable to us, fraud, mandatory consumer remedies, legally required refunds, statutory data-protection compensation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not prevent a complaint to a regulator or a court. A disclaimer does not excuse our failure to meet mandatory security, privacy, moderation or other legal duties.
Claims caused by your breach
Where permitted by law, you are responsible for proven direct losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content or culpable breach, including substantiated third-party rights claims. We must notify you and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond. You do not indemnify us for our own wrongdoing or for amounts exceeding what the law permits.
Payment, cancellation and termination
Prices, paid features, billing period and any renewal are shown before purchase. The Paid Services Terms apply to those purchases. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription; manage it through that store. Suspension or termination does not remove mandatory refund or complaint rights.
Law and disputes
Georgian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights under other applicable laws, including the law of your habitual residence where required. You may contact the operator to try to resolve a dispute; this does not suspend statutory deadlines or require you to waive access to a competent court or regulator. No compulsory foreign arbitration or exclusive forum is imposed on consumers. If a clause is invalid, the remaining terms apply insofar as the contract can continue lawfully.
Version and changes
The version and language on this page identify the text offered to you. Material contractual changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice and accepted where required. Continued use does not serve as blanket consent to new personal-data processing. Mandatory local rights prevail over any conflicting translation or clause.
