Your role
These additional terms form part of the Terms of Use and apply when you organize an event using Pochill. A listing does not make Pochill the organizer, employer, insurer, agent or ticket seller unless a specific written agreement says so. Identify the actual organizer and ticket seller accurately.
Event obligations
You are responsible for truthful listings, permissions, tax and consumer obligations, venue suitability, accessibility statements, applicable age limits, participant safety and qualified staff where required. State costs, admission conditions and cancellation arrangements clearly before participation or payment.
Changes and refunds
Promptly correct material errors and communicate cancellations, postponements and safety changes to participants. Handle payments, refunds and complaints for services you sell according to applicable law. Do not misrepresent platform inclusion as an endorsement or safety inspection.
Content and participant data
You must have rights to descriptions, posters, photos and logos. Use participant data only for the activity and other purposes with a lawful basis; protect it, limit access and delete it when no longer needed. Participation is not consent to unrelated marketing. Your independent controller duties cannot be transferred to Pochill by a listing.
Enforcement and claims
We may request evidence, restrict listings or suspend organizer access for substantiated breaches, safety or legal reasons. You may respond and appeal where practicable. Responsibility for proven losses caused by your breach is subject to fault, causation, mandatory law and the limitations in the Terms of Use; you do not indemnify Pochill for its own wrongdoing.
