Before purchase
The purchase screen identifies the seller, price, currency, included features, duration and any automatic renewal. Do not complete a purchase if this information is missing or unclear. Store terms also apply to store purchases. PRO does not guarantee meeting outcomes, event admission or the safety of other users.
Billing and renewal
A purchase can be a one-time entitlement or subscription only as expressly shown before payment. Do not assume renewal. For a renewing store subscription, manage renewal and cancellation through Apple or Google. Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than automatically returning a past charge; mandatory refund rights remain.
Restoration and deletion
Use restoration where supported for purchases made through the same store account. Contact support for entitlement problems. Deleting your Pochill account is distinct from cancelling a store subscription; cancel it in store settings to prevent future billing. Account deletion will not be delayed solely because a subscription remains active.
Refunds and statutory rights
Refund requests for store purchases can be submitted through the store’s refund procedure; contact us for services sold directly by the operator and unresolved service issues. There is no blanket no-refund rule. Mandatory withdrawal, conformity and refund rights under applicable consumer law remain. Where an immediate digital supply requires express consent and acknowledgement affecting withdrawal rights, those choices must be obtained separately before supply.
Changes and disputes
Material changes to paid features or price require applicable notice and any consent, cancellation or refund rights. We may not keep payment for services not supplied where the law requires a refund. The Terms of Use apply subject to these mandatory protections.
