Request in the app
Open Settings, choose Delete account and confirm the request. The server records a deletion request; the confirmation is not a statement that all data have already been erased. Requests require a working connection and are not silently queued offline.
Without the app
Email the contact below with the subject “Pochill account deletion” and the email address used for the account. Never send a password, login code, payment-card number or identity document unless a necessary secure verification procedure is explained. We verify ownership before taking irreversible action.
What happens
We review the request, verify ownership where needed, erase account/profile/contact data and content we no longer have a lawful reason to keep, revoke access and remove associated data from relevant providers where required. We respond within applicable statutory deadlines and tell you when the request is fulfilled or why specific information must be retained. This request process is not automatic immediate erasure.
Exceptions and copies
Necessary tax/payment records, limited evidence for legal claims, security investigations and acceptance evidence may need retention under a specific legal ground and period. We explain applicable exceptions. Backups require controlled expiry and deletion must be reapplied before restored data are used. Copies independently retained by other users or search engines are not automatically removed by deleting the account. For Georgia, we fulfill the request or provide a reasoned refusal within 10 working days of receipt, subject to applicable law. Minimal completion and acceptance evidence is retained three years after confirmed closure; accounting documents six years after the reporting period where required. Specific case holds are reviewed every 90 days. The 35-day backup expiry is a target requiring verification before publication, not an automatic extension of a statutory erasure deadline.
Subscriptions
If you have an Apple or Google subscription, cancel renewal in the corresponding store as well. Deleting an account does not itself instruct the store to stop billing; an active subscription does not prevent you requesting immediate account deletion.
