“Stay Inside the Room” is an interactive theatrical farce unraveling the fate of five individuals navigating Georgia’s harsh social, cultural, and economic landscapes. Fusing irony and provocation, the performance takes inspiration from true events and invites audiences into the heart of personal and collective rebellion. The play explores how neo-feudal capitalism and systemic hardship affect young people, challenging the boundaries of self-expression and resilience. Written and directed by Ketevan Samkharadze, with choreography by archprincessss, costumes by Dzhaba Kurtishvili, digital design by Tamar Samkharadze, makeup by Georgi Kljain, videography by Nika Zubashvili and Dzhaba Kurtishvili, and photography by Giorgi Shengelia. The cast includes Zuka Tsukhishvili (voice), Anka Didmanidze, Nina Kipshidze, Salome Esadze, Aniko Shurgaia, Luka Chibukhaia, and Nika Japharidze. Music by Bacho Jikidze, Tornike Japhiasvhili, Blue Trio, and Madonna. The show takes place on May 23, 2026, at 20:00 at City Theatre. Tickets: 35 GEL. English subtitles available.
