Physical Practice Sessions "Taiso"
Physical practice sessions "Taiso" will be held on July 25 and 26, 2026, at 11:00, 15:00, and 17:00.
Participants aged 14 and older can develop endurance and improve well-being.
Two types of exercises:
π Harmony of control β controlling aggression, mastering the principles of noble defense. Managing control and violence.
π Freedom of movement β relieving stress by performing toning gymnastics. Recovering from anxiety and overload.
Instructor Dmitry Budyllin enhanced his qualifications at the University of Physical Culture, Sports, and Health in Saint Petersburg.
