Yin Yoga Practice

Without strict forms or rushing. With attention to sensations, breathing, and what is happening inside.
This is suitable if:
- you are tired of constant tension
- you want softness and silence
- you want to start feeling your body again, not just "doing exercises"
The practice is calm, slow, and meditative.
