Hatha Yoga and Tea Session
This Sunday’s yoga session will focus on standing balances. They effectively engage stabilizer muscles, train concentration, proprioception, and reduce stress.
After the workout, we will relax and enjoy delicious tea for 1-2 hours.
Our instructor (and also our tea master) is Yulia Zhukovskaya, a certified yoga trainer with extensive experience in individual and group sessions, teaching yoga at several centers in Tbilisi.
Prior registration is required.
