Zakaria Paliashvili "Daisi" Opera and Ballet

Join the performance of Zakaria Paliashvili's "Daisi" at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre on July 23, 2026, at 19:00. The production is led by music director Revaz Takidze, director Gocha Kapanadze, and choreographer Iliko Sukhishvili. Set, costume, and lighting design are by Georgi Aleksi-Meskhishvili, with video projection by David Machavariani. The cast includes Armaz Darashvili as Malkhaz, Sulkhan Gvelesiani as Kiazo, Khatuna Chokhonelidze as Maro, Irina Aleksidze as Nano, Tamaz Saginadze as Tito, and Gocha Datusani as Tsangala. The Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre Chorus and Orchestra perform alongside the National Ballet SUKHISHVILEBI. Note that latecomers will only be admitted at the first interval, dress code is mandatory (shorts are not allowed), and children under 6 years old are permitted only at day performances.
