The Autumn Of My Springtime

Experience the heartwarming story of Boria Gadai, a spirited little bird with grand dreams, set in Kutaisi, Georgia after World War II. Following the passing of the organ-grinder Varlam, Boria finds himself caring for grandmother Domna and gets swept into a world of unexpected adventures—from falling for the charming Ninel to encountering both troubles and wonders. Fusing masterful puppet artistry with traditional Georgian folk songs, dance, and evocative memories, this performance weaves a magical atmosphere cherished by audiences worldwide. Directed by Rezo Gabriadze, this celebrated production premiered in Lausanne in 2002. Performance runs 90 minutes at Gabriadze Theatre from February 25 to March 25, 2026. Please note: Ages 12 and up.
