There is War in the Circle - Musical-Poetic Performance

Sat, Jul 4 · 21:00 Bravo theatre

"There is War in the Circle" is a profound musical-poetic performance that delves into humanity's history of war, loss, and the ongoing struggle for survival. This artistic collaboration between the musical group The Window and Bravo Theater transforms poetry by Kato Javakhishvili and original music into a unified expressive space. The performance explores themes of pain passed through generations, memory, forgetting, and the quest to preserve humanity within a recurring circle of war, love, fear, hope, and survival. Directed by Gegi Liparteliani and Rati Labadze, with contributions from Nino Isakadze, Dato Tavadze, Mariam Tsibakhashvili, Ana Lagidze, and actors Ana Sharvadze, Soso Elizbarashvili, Vako Koberidze, and Giorgi Tochilashvili. Choreography by Lisa Liparteliani, Nei Kurdadze, Nina Ricci, and Mariam Minadze, and visual art by Tamusia Letodiani. The performance also features arranged versions of music by Radiohead and Portishead. Scheduled for July 4 at 21:00 at BRAVO Theater. Tickets are 20 GEL.
