Tbilisi International Ballet Festival 2026

The International Ballet Festival, founded in 2017 in Tbilisi, takes place at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre under the artistic direction of Nina Ananiashvili. The 2026 festival runs from July 5 to 19 and showcases performances by the State Ballet of Georgia, Georgian dancers abroad, and the legendary Pina Bausch's Tanztheater Wuppertal company. Important notes: latecomers are admitted only at the first interval, shorts are prohibited due to dress code, and children under 6 years old are allowed only at day performances.
