Laurencia

Experience the vibrant ballet "Laurencia" at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre from March 14-19. Inspired by Lope de Vega’s tale, the performance is presented in two acts with original choreography by Vakhtang Chabukiani and direction by Nina Ananiashvili. The production features conductor Zaza Kalmakhelidze and Levan Jagaev, staging by David Monavardisashvili, costumes by Alexandre Vassiliev, and lighting by John B Read. The ballet premiered on June 21, 2017, led artistically by Nina Ananiashvili. Admission for children aged 6 and above is permitted at day performances. Please note the mandatory dress code—shorts are not allowed—and latecomers will only be admitted after the first interval.
