Director - Anastasia Navrozashvili Artist - Sofiko Kikabidze Participants: Sofio Lomjaria, Tsotne Maisuradze, Mariam Kitia, Nini Kvirikashvili Description: The play is set around the events that took place in a boarding school, against the backdrop of which an honest priest and teacher was unfoundedly suspected of a heinous crime, which cost him his reputation and career. In the modern world, where it is very easy to spread any information and slander has an everyday character, it seems that the most important factor has been forgotten, what can happen to an honest person due to false accusations raised against him. The task of the play is to analyze this very topic and to explain and remind the audience of what even one small lie leads to. What position should we take when we hear unheard-of nonsense about our colleague and what is the importance of fighting for the truth, even if it threatens to cast a shadow on our own person. The play is built around three main themes: doubt, gossip, and faith. The poisoned mind of the main character, Mother Eloise, who can imagine all kinds of abominations, is opposed by Father Flynn, imbued with the idea of Christianity, who serves true values: he preaches the idea of hope and love. The play is mainly played out with the interaction of the actors with the audience, which allows the audience to become a part of the ongoing story and make their own decision about the guilt of the accused person.
