The Autumn Of My Springtime
The Autumn Of My Springtime tells the enchanting story of Boria Gadai, a small bird with a big heart, living in Kutaisi, Georgia, after World War II. Following the death of Varlam, the organ-grinder, Boria becomes the sole caretaker of the elderly grandmother Domna. Unwittingly drawn into thievery, he falls in love with the beautiful Ninel and embarks on many dangerous and exciting adventures. This performance is a captivating blend of masterful puppetry, traditional Georgian folk songs, dance, and heartfelt memories of the author. Premiered in 2002 in Lausanne, Switzerland, the show runs for 90 minutes. The Gabriadze Theatre invites ticket holders to relax before the show at the "Ar Idardo" bar in the theatre lobby, opening at 18:00. Please note, children under 12 are not admitted, and latecomers will not be allowed once the performance begins to maintain the intimate and magical atmosphere.
