The International program of Tbilisi International Festival of Theatre presents some of the finest productions of the contemporary theatre world — theatre stars and creators whose vision, creative depth, and artistic taste are distinctive and exceptional. This year, the Festival will take place in summer instead of autumn — performances will start on June 13 and continue until July 12. The program of Georgian productions, however, will remain in September. Krzysztof Warlikowski’s “Elizabeth Costello”, Milo Rau’s “The Seer “, James Thierrée’s “Rendez-Vous,” and the Seeds Duet's “The Other Gaze” will meet experienced and emotionally engaged Georgian audiences for appraisal. But not only for it - this synergy is more about emotions and feelings that can arise only here and now and will stay with you for a long time. Since its founding, the festival has presented two main programs — the international program and the Georgian Showcase. This year, the Program “New” has also been revived.
