Blaise: French Comedy Gem

Experience ‘Blaise’, a vibrant French comic classic based on Claude Magnier’s acclaimed play. This lively co-production by the Nodar Dumbadze Tbilisi Youth Theatre and Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film University brings fast-paced dialogue, clever humor, and absurd scenarios to the stage. At its heart is young Blaise, whose innocent actions trigger a cascading series of comic misunderstandings, spiraling into hilarious chaos. The audience enjoys sharp wit, energetic staging, and colorful characters hiding secrets and chasing their own interests, resulting in laugh-out-loud moments throughout. The ensemble is led by directors Dimitri Khvtisiashvili and Giorgi Sultanishvili, with art by Ana Kalatozishvili, choreography by Gia Margania, and music by Zurab Gagloshvili.
