Embark on Boria Gadai’s heartfelt journey in post-WWII Kutaisi. After the organ-grinder Varlam passes away, Boria, a little bird with immense kindness, becomes caretaker for old Domna. Fate leads Boria into unexpected adventures—becoming an accidental thief, discovering love for Ninel, and wandering through a tapestry of dreams, challenges, and joy. Masterful puppetry, Georgian folk melodies, and touching memories create a magical show. Duration: 90 minutes. Premiered in 2002 in Lausanne, Switzerland. Hosted at Gabriadze Theatre, Tbilisi, from June 2 to June 25. The exclusive “Ar Idardo” bar in the theater lobby opens from 18:00 for ticket holders only. Guests under 12 are not permitted, and late arrivals will not be admitted to preserve the performance’s atmosphere.
