Contact Improvisation Jam

We invite you to join a practice that brings a sense of freedom and joy through movement and connection with lively, happy people.

We have a spacious and bright hall with plenty of room for all kinds of movements and experiments.

We'll start with bodywork to feel your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and dance as a whole body with others.

No experience is needed; beginners will be gently introduced.
