This film started the trend of making anthology love letters to the world's most important cities. It was the first and perhaps the best. Notably, the director is mostly not French, but the film features an impressive team of international authors—from the Coen brothers to Gus Van Sant.

Sunday, July 19, guests gather at 7:30 PM to find a seat, hear a few words about the film, and watch trailers for upcoming screenings. The film starts promptly at 7:45 PM and runs about 2 hours. Organizers request a donation of 3500 AMD.
