Training "The Art of Self-Presentation"
The training "The Art of Self-Presentation" will take place on August 2, 2026, at 18:00.
During the training, everything depends on the first impression. Just as in martial arts everything depends on the first sword strike, in communication everything starts with the first impression, the "personal business card." The "personal business card" is how we present ourselves in the first moments of a meeting, what our body says, and HOW we talk about ourselves. This is important because it influences further communication.
At these moments, others form an understanding of how to relate to us, what inspires us, and what we need to perceive.

- entrepreneurs and commercial sector workers who need to present themselves and their products to clients
- bloggers, everyone who manages social media, creates videos about themselves, or speaks publicly
