This workshop is dedicated to starting a new venture or improving an existing micro or small business (pre-seed, seed) – this workshop is for you.

After it, you will leave with a checklist based on the experience of 10 failed and 2 successful startups (from real sector to IT).

Open theory and open discussion on methods for developing micro-enterprises and ways to survive beyond the first year, through the optimal product-market fit (PMF) and by optimizing operational activities in the era of neural networks or using classic approaches.
