Walk in Kachinsky Park
We invite you to a walk in Kachinsky Park in the fresh air — a space where you can step out, slow down, and feel your body.
This is an open format suitable for any fitness level: you can come without experience or with regular practice. We will work on breathing, mobility, gentle strength, and self-awareness. The park will help relieve tension, improve well-being, and restore inner balance.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
You can bring your own mat and water. If you don't have them, I will provide a mat.
