Feeling tired, anxious, or confused in a new country? Join the meeting where you can safely share your experiences, breathe out, and receive support.
With a professional psychologist and among people with similar experiences, we will discuss:
- how to navigate the adaptation period;
- what helps cope with anxiety and uncertainty;
- how to take care of yourself and your emotions.
The program includes a bit of theory, simple self-help techniques, and a warm atmosphere where it's easy to feel not alone.
