Walk through the boxwood forest to Mirveti Waterfall

Mirveti Waterfall and Arch Bridge

Mirveti is worth visiting for more than its waterfall: from the old stone arch bridge, a trail enters dense boxwood forest and leads to the water. The walk itself takes about 1–1.5 hours with stops, but wet roots and boardwalks make it noticeably harder after rain.

From Batumi, travel by car or taxi to the Mirveti Arch Bridge pin; the drive takes roughly 35–50 minutes. The final road is narrow, and regular public transport does not reach the trailhead. A Keda-bound marshrutka can leave you at the turn from the main road, but that adds a much longer walk and makes the return awkward. Without a car, a prearranged transfer is the practical choice.
