Take a trip to the Czesław Niemen Museum in Staryja Vasiliški

Czesław Wydrzycki, known by his stage name Czesław Niemen, was born in Staryja Vasiliški in 1939 and spent his childhood here. The club museum occupies his family's house. Records, photographs, portraits, drawings, household objects and items connected with his parents and early life form the display, with much of the story conveyed by the museum guide.

Allow at least an hour. A small rural museum is best visited by prior arrangement, so confirm opening hours and guided-visit availability by phone before travelling. The Gothic Revival Church of St Peter and St Paul stands nearby.
