Visit Alexander Nevsky Cathedral
Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was built in central Pružany during the 1860s and consecrated in 1866. Its design combines a Neoclassical composition with an Orthodox dome and bell tower. The church is also notable for having remained open throughout its history.
Begin with the symmetrical main facade, arched windows and blue rooflines, then enter quietly if the doors are open. This is an active cathedral, so follow parish rules, do not disturb services and do not assume tourist access during worship.
