Visit the Butrymowicz Palace
The palace was built in the late 18th century for Pinsk judge and civic figure Mateusz Butrymowicz. Its curved corner wings and ceremonial courtyard recall Baroque design, while the symmetrical facades and columns point towards Neoclassicism. The Orda and Skirmunt families were also connected with the house.
Following restoration, the building became a ceremonial wedding venue and a branch of the Museum of Belarusian Polesie. Begin with the main facade and courtyard facing the Pina, then check in advance whether museum rooms or temporary exhibitions are open; unrestricted entry to every interior should not be assumed.
