Visit St Michael the Archangel Church

The parish of St Michael the Archangel was established in Navapolatsk in the early 1990s. Its main church now stands out for a complex tiered composition, a tall bell tower, mosaic images on the facade and golden domes. The smaller Church of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, originally built as a baptistery, stands beside it.

This is one active parish complex, so a single walk around the grounds is sufficient. Interior access depends on service times; keep silent, dress respectfully and follow the photography rules displayed on site.
