Visit the Church of the Intercession

The Church of the Intercession was built around 1851 on a rise in the centre of former Koidanava. Its main body is brick, while the tall square lantern with a tented roof and the small corner cupolas are wooden; the freestanding bell tower was added in 1998.

This is an active Orthodox church. Check service times before visiting, dress respectfully and ask permission before photographing the interior.
