Explore Bykhaw Castle
Construction of the stone castle began in the early seventeenth century as a fortified residence for Jan Karol Chodkiewicz; the complex later passed to the Sapieha family. Brick ranges and sections of defensive wall survive, still conveying the scale of the former fortress.
This is an exterior heritage stop, not a restored castle museum. Visit in daylight, stay on permitted paths, keep behind barriers and do not climb unstable masonry.
