Visit Asipovichy I Railway Station

Asipovichy began with a station on the Libau–Romny railway, opened in 1872. A monument on the passenger platform commemorates railway worker and underground resistance member Fyodor Krylovich, whose operation on the night of 30 July 1943 destroyed four German military trains.

Allow about half an hour to see the station and platform. This is an operating railway facility, so remain in passenger areas, cross tracks only where permitted and do not obstruct train operations.
