See Slonim Synagogue from outside

The Great Synagogue was built between 1642 and 1648. Its austere Baroque exterior encloses a rare interior once decorated with murals of musical instruments, but the building has long been inactive and is structurally unsafe.

As of August 2026, a restoration project is still being prepared and the site remains fenced and closed. View the façades only from a safe distance, stay outside the barrier and do not expect interior access.
