Visit the Rumyantsev–Paskevich Palace in Homyel

The palace is the centrepiece of the Homyel palace and park ensemble. Construction began for Pyotr Rumyantsev in the late eighteenth century, while the Paskevich family enlarged the residence and shaped the present complex with its tower and riverside park.

See the ceremonial rooms, historic interiors, paintings and objects connected with the owners, then walk through the park towards the Sozh. The site is in Homyel, about 50 kilometres from Rechytsa, so plan it as a separate trip and check current museum opening hours before leaving.
