Visit the exhibition in Peter the Great's House
The single-storey house known as Peter the Great's House was built in 1692 and is traditionally identified as his lodging during a 1705 stay in Polatsk. It now contains the permanent exhibition A Walk along Lower Pakroŭskaja Street.
The displays recreate the street in 1910 through a mayor's office, girls' school, bank, shop, tearoom and pharmacy. Check opening hours before visiting and do not stop at the façade: the museum interiors are the main point of this idea.
