See Mazyr's unusual Church of St Nicholas
A wooden Church of St Nicholas stood here until 1922. After its demolition, a Constructivist-style building was erected for DOSAAF; it was transferred to the diocese in 1993, converted into a church and consecrated in 1996.
Notice the rare combination of 1920s secular architecture with the dome and bell tower added later. This is an active church, so visit outside service times for a quiet look and ask before taking photographs inside.
