Step inside Lida's Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross

The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross was built in 1765–1770. Behind its restrained Baroque façade is an expressive interior with painted vaults, altars and decorative details.

The church fits easily into a walk through the historic centre near the castle. It is an active Catholic place of worship: visit outside a service or remain near the entrance, keep quiet and check the photography rules in advance.
