Walk Sovetskaya Street to the fire tower

Start on Sovetskaya Square and follow pedestrian Sovetskaya Street, looking into courtyards and at former hotels and trading houses. Continue towards the fire station on Zamkovaya Street, where the tall lookout tower closes the route and recalls the fire risk of the old city’s dense timber districts.

The walk is free and takes about an hour. If the fire-service museum or tower access is available, confirm its separate schedule; entry is not guaranteed every day.
