Hatha Yoga
This session is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. The program includes working with basic asanas, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods.
The session takes place in a park in the old town. In rainy weather, it is held indoors at Kobaladze 2.
Duration — 1.5 hours. Cost: 15 GEL for the first visit and 25 GEL for repeat visits.
