Burgundy Wine Tasting with Vasily Borovkov
This tasting focuses on the terroirs of Burgundy and its appellation system.
Participants will explore the region's wine hierarchy and how soil and climate influence the character of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The event is hosted by sommelier Vasily Borovkov. It starts at 8:00 PM. Donations to the speaker are welcome; a 10% discount applies to the wine platter.
