Burgundy Tasting with Vasily Borovkov
We will discuss the history and philosophy of Burgundy winemaking, the role of Cistercian monks, and the region's journey from ancient vineyards to the Grand Cru and Premier Cru classifications.
We will explore the characteristics of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varieties, as well as the influence of soil and climate on the character of local wines.
