September 6, 2026 (Sun) 17:30 Chess at Poddon

This Sunday marks the start of the new season for Batumi Chess Club! The first tournament means the first points in the seasonal standings, which will grow with us until the end of December.

The Sunday format remains familiar: we play one-on-one with a 7+5 time control. But starting this Sunday, results will no longer count only towards individual tournament statistics — we begin collecting points from zero in the new seasonal standings. So everyone has a perfect chance to rise to the top 😄

The story of the new season begins with the first tournament — so it's the perfect time to secure your spot at the start.
