Led by Misha, an actor of Gabriadze Theatre, this backstage tour unfolds in several acts, each exploring a different aspect of the theatre’s artistic world. Discover the role of childhood and memory, the poetic use of time, the secret art of puppetry, and the theatre as a space of ritual and healing.
The tour reveals the poetic devices and mechanical techniques used by Rezo Gabriadze to bring stories to life, including the mechanisms behind some of the theatre’s well-known puppets. No prior knowledge of Gabriadze’s work is required.
The experience lasts one hour and is available in Georgian, English, and Russian. Children under 12 are not admitted.
