The Land Where My Fate Began…

Tamara Remez's authorial project is dedicated to Belarusian music, her native land, and the emotions embodied in vocal works of the 19th–20th centuries. The program features romances and polonaises by Michał Kleofas Ogiński, works by Stanisław Moniuszko, Symon Rak-Michajłoŭski, Florian Miładowski, Mieczysław Karłowicz, Michas Aladov, Yevgeny Glebov, and Yuri Semenyaka, as well as Belarusian folk songs. The evening will conclude with "Milavitsa" by Leonid Zakhlevny.

Tamara Remez, soloist of the Belarusian State Philharmonic, will be accompanied by Ksenia Andreeva (flute) and Sergey Vaynitsky (piano). The concert host is musicologist Darya Vitko.
