Friday - Choreographic Performance at Theatre Factory 42
"Friday" is a choreographic performance directed and choreographed by Tinatin Tsuladze, featuring dancers portraying the emotional journey of waiting for true love, companionship, or fleeting romance. Set on a Friday evening in a shared space, it reveals the adventures, pain, and joy of different people. The 50-minute show, without intermission, takes place at Theatre Factory 42, an independent theatrical space in Tbilisi's Didube industrial district, housed in a former Coca-Cola factory. The theatre supports independent art through plays, performances, and educational projects, offering a unique stage and 264-seat auditorium. "Friday" includes set and costume design by Barbara Aslamazishvili and music by Tinatin Tsuladze, with assistant musical direction by Nika Kokhreidze. Presented with subtitles, it is accessible to a wider audience as part of the Georgian Performances Program "Showcase." Theatre Factory 42 also features theater cafes and exhibition spaces, enriching Tbilisi's cultural scene.
