Friends, shall we let go of all the excess within us?

Fri, Aug 21 · 19:30 Auditoria

Through unusual stories from the life of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov, we will discuss how one person embodied civic responsibility, incredible work ethic, self-irony, and the desire to preserve inner freedom even in difficult times.

In the lecture, we will cover:
• How to meet your love on a train from Tbilisi?
• What funny nicknames did Chekhov give his wife?
• How did Chekhov call his admirers?
• How to preserve yourself in constant uncertainty?
• How did the writer conduct a census of the entire Sakhalin?
