Operetta Performance "Silva"

"Silva" is an operetta by Hungarian composer Imre Kálmán, first staged in 1915. The story follows the talented singer Silva Varescu, who falls in love with the young aristocrat Edwin. Despite social differences, they become engaged, but circumstances and intrigues around their relationship lead to dramatic twists. The cast includes Ekaterina Chudotvorova (Silva), Leonid Bakhtalin and Pavel Ivanov (Edwin), Anna Chernova (Stassi), Grigory Zakharyev (Boni), and others. The event will be held at the Railway Workers' Palace of Culture in Vitebsk on October 29, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM. Tickets start at 60 BYN.
