Machines of Time and Mechanisms of Memory - Gabriadze Theatre Backstage Tours

Experience the 'Machines of Time and Mechanisms of Memory' backstage tour led by actor Misha at Gabriadze Theatre. The tour unfolds in several acts revealing the theatre's unique universe: the significance of childhood and memory, poetic concepts of time, the secret art behind puppetry, and the theatre as a space for ritual and healing. Discover the mechanical and poetic devices created by Rezo Gabriadze and see how the theatre's famous puppets come to life. This tour suits anyone interested in theatre as an art of presence and imagination, including artists, researchers, and travelers. No prior knowledge of Gabriadze's work is needed, only openness to a world where theatre becomes a time machine and blurs the line between stage and life. The tour is offered in Georgian, English, and Russian languages. Duration is 1 hour. Children under 12 are not admitted. For private bookings or more information, contact +995 599 22 15 10.
